Job summary

Vitalis Healthcare at Home is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Complex Care Team. You will deliver hospital-level care in patients' homes across Sydney on a full-time or part-time basis, working one-on-one with clients to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Applicants must hold an AHPRA registration, be eligible for NDIS checks, and possess a current CPR certificate. Travel within the Sydney metro is required, and a 24/7 rotating roster may apply.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration for ENs/RNs is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• Current CPR certificate is essential.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle for Sydney metro travel.
• Right to work in Australia; student visa holders excluded.
• Available for 24/7 flexible rotating rosters.
• Experience with tracheostomy management and enteral feeding.
• Experience with ventilated patients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-level complex care in patients' homes.
• Deliver one-on-one clinical care across Sydney on a full-time or part-time basis.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure safety and quality.
• Manage tracheostomy, PEG/Enteral feeding, and medication administration.
• Demonstrate manual handling and patient mobility assistance.

Your New Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to join our Complex Care Team, providing exceptional clinical care in the comfort of patients' homes on a full time or part time basis. Work one on one with patients in their homes and deliver high quality hospital level care to clients across Sydney.

What We’re Looking For:

• CurrentAHPRA Registration(for ENs and RNs)
