Job summary

Healthscope Hospitals is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recovery Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac/Angiography Recovery unit in Geehi, New South Wales. The role requires a commitment to quality patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

You will provide evidence-based nursing care to patients recovering from cardiac procedures, while ensuring a supportive team culture. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of acute care experience and be registered with AHPRA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recovery nursing.
• Commitment to quality patient care and compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
• Works well independently and within a team.

The Role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, proactive, highly motivated, and experienced Registered Nurses with acute care experience to join our dynamic Cardiac/Angiography Recovery unit where teamwork is paramount. You will work alongside a workforce of nursing professionals to care for patients after surgery. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in patient recovery after life-changing cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities

Applicants will be required to provide a current National Police check, WWCC (where applicable) and evidence of right to work in Australia prior to appointment. Staff in patient‑contact roles will be required to provide proof of immunity to specified infectious diseases as a Category A Healthcare worker.
