Job summary

Carinya Lodge Homes in Korumburra, Victoria, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our not-for-profit aged care team. This permanent role offers a flexible mix of full-time and part-time hours, with a generous fortnightly roster of 66 hours, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

You will mentor care staff, coordinate care with families and health professionals, maintain clinical standards, and support ongoing quality improvements in line with Strengthened Aged

• Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in continuous improvement.

This is a rare opportunity to join the Carinya Family in a permanent Registered Nurse position, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available, including a generous part-time roster of 66 hours per fortnight – offering close to full-time hours!
