Job summary

Conexson Aged Care Recruitment in Redhead NSW is seeking a Registered Nurse for casual shifts across partner Residential Aged Care facilities. Enjoy flexibility to choose when and where you work while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, mentor support staff, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with care plans and facility standards. Must hold current AHPRA registration and Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months experience as an RN (Aged Care preferred).
• Excellent clinical and time management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid Working Rights in Australia.
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans and regulations.
• Monitor residents' health, respond to changes, and escalated when required.
• Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery.
