Job summary

Conexson is seeking Registered Nurses for aged care across Hervey Bay. Casual shifts offer flexibility to choose when and where you work, with shifts across multiple facilities and weekly pay.

Deliver high quality person-centred care, administer meds per care plans, monitor health, lead support staff, and maintain documentation for compliant service delivery.

Requirements include AHPRA registration, 12 months RN aged care, strong time management, communication and ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in Residential Aged Care.
• Excellent clinical and time management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid Working Rights in Australia (No sponsorship).
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening and up-to-date vaccinations (flu and COVID-19).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans and regulations.
• Monitor residents' health, respond to changes, and escalate when required.
• Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards.

Your Role as a Registered Nurse

What You'll Need
