Job summary

Conexson Aged Care Recruitment is seeking a Registered Nurse for casual shifts across Daceyville and area NSW. Join our agency to enjoy flexibility, variety, and the freedom to choose when and where you work in Residential Aged Care facilities.

You'll provide safe, person-centred care, administer medications, monitor health, and mentor support staff. Applicants must hold AHPRA registration, minimum 12 months RN experience (aged care preferred), and current police check and screenings.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience (Aged Care preferred).
• Excellent clinical and time management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid Working Rights in Australia.
• Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (flu and COVID-19).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans and regulations.
• Monitor residents' health and respond to changes.
• Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards.
