Job summary

Conexson is seeking a Personal Care Worker for casual, flexible shifts in Redhead, NSW. Join a team delivering high-quality aged care across regional facilities, with weekly pay and easy shift bookings via our portal.

Candidates should hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent, have at least 12 months PCW experience in RAC, and demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and a patient-centered approach to support residents’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a PCW (RAC experience required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and genuine passion for caring for older Australians.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Support residents' independence, dignity, and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff.
• Maintain accurate care documentation in line with facility standards.

On the job you will:
