Job summary

The Hassett Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our aged care facilities. You will deliver holistic, resident-centered care and lead a multidisciplinary team under the Nurse Unit Manager.

We welcome sponsorship for international candidates with AHPRA eligibility, plus relocation assistance. The role offers ongoing training, varied shifts across facilities, and a supportive team culture focused on resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) is essential.
• AHPRA registration is required.
• Postgraduate training in aged care or gerontology is desirable.
• Aged care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Provide safe, respectful and holistic nursing care.
• Administer and monitor medications.
• Lead and mentor ENs and personal carers during shifts.
• Collaborate with doctors and allied health staff.
• Advocate for residents and promote wellbeing.
• Monitor health changes with clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Maintain a safe working environment and participate in health and safety initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE
