Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Residential Care team in Yass, NSW. This permanent part-time role offers opportunities to deliver and oversee high-quality care, work within a multidisciplinary team, and provide clinical leadership in a supportive environment.

You will embody a person-centred approach, recognizing each resident’s goals and preferences while contributing to risk management and quality improvement initiatives. AHPRA registration is required.

• Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care
• Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision‑making
• Your track record of leadership, ability to coordinate care across the team and provide clarity and direction
• Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
