Job summary

RSL LifeCare in Picton is seeking a dedicated Carer to join our aged care homes for casual shifts. You’ll provide personal care with warmth and respect, while fitting into our supportive, team‑oriented culture.

You will work closely with residents and their families, follow individual care plans, promote wellbeing and independence, and participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement. Police and NDIS checks are required prior to commencing.

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
