Job summary

RSL LifeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our aged care homes in Dungog and Hawks Nest. You will deliver high‑quality resident care, lead a small care team, and participate in continuous quality improvement within a supportive environment.

You'll work on rosters including night shifts across Dungog and Hawks Nest, with a focus on person‑centred care, safety, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Must have AHPRA registration and working rights in Australia.

About You:

• Your demonstrated compassion, empathy and advocacy. Our teams have a passion for what they do and the impact they make to our residents and their families.
• Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care
• Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making
• Your track record of leadership, ability to coordinate care across the team and provide clarity and direction
• Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
