Job summary

RSL LifeCare in New South Wales is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team. You will lead clinical care, promote person-centred approaches, and participate in risk management to ensure safety and quality.

Your role includes collaboration with colleagues across care teams, delivering compassionate care, and upholding professional standards while supporting veterans and seniors in our communities.

• Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care.
• Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making.
• Your track record of leadership, and ability to coordinate care across the team and provide clarity and direction.
• Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights.

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
