As a Registered Nurse at Frederic House (aged care facility)you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with complex health and social needs.
This role is primarily focused on active night duty, working 9:00pm to 7:00am, with some flexibility to pick up other shifts depending on service needs and your availability.
You will use your clinical expertise, empathy and sound judgement to support residents to maintain their health, manage complex needs and connect with appropriate care and community supports.
