We are seeking an accomplished Registered Nurse to join our busy, fast paced and welcoming general practice. You will be working to provide high-quality care to our patients in a supportive environment, potential for full time for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a general practice setting
• Support GPs with clinical duties such as immunisations, wound care, and chronic disease management
• Coordinate patient care and assist with health assessments and care plans
• Contribute to health education and promotion within the community

About You

• AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse with a passion for community healthcare
• Knowledge of general practice nursing and an understanding of chronic disease management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Accomplished at managing patient care and building rapport with patients
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
