ForHealth Group is expanding its network of medical centres in Australia and is seeking Registered Nurses passionate about patient care to join our multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, administer vaccines, manage chronic disease programs, educate patients, and maintain records while embracing a values-led culture focused on teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' clinical nursing experience.
• General Practice or Primary Care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient computer literacy and experience with clinical management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care in a general practice setting.
• Administer vaccinations, medications, and perform diagnostic testing including ECGs and spirometry.
• Perform wound care, dressings, suture removal, bandaging, and plastering.
• Assist with triage and emergency management when required.
• Support GPs with Health Assessments, GP Management Plans, Team Care Arrangements, and Chronic Disease Management activities.
• Coordinate care and follow-up for patients living with chronic conditions.
• Conduct health assessments and preventative health initiatives.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatments, and available healthcare services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Support quality improvement, accreditation, and infection control activities.

About The Role

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our growing network of medical centres. Whether your passion is treatment room nursing, chronic disease management, preventative health, or patient education, we offer rewarding opportunities to work within supportive multidisciplinary teams across a range of locations.

Ideally, You’ll Have

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Bachelor of Nursing qualification
• Minimum 2 years' clinical nursing experience
• Previous General Practice or Primary Care experience (highly regarded)
• Experience in Chronic Disease Management and preventative health programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent clinical assessment and organisational abilities
• Sound computer literacy and experience using clinical management systems
