Job summary

ForHealth Group is recruiting Registered Nurses to join our network of medical centres across Australia. You will provide high-quality clinical care, administer vaccines, perform diagnostic tests, and support chronic disease management within multidisciplinary teams.

You will engage in patient education, health assessments, and ongoing quality improvement while maintaining accurate records and supporting infection control activities.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Bachelor of Nursing qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in General Practice/Primary Care is highly regarded.
• Experience in Chronic Disease Management and preventative health programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent clinical assessment and organisational abilities.
• Sound computer literacy and experience using clinical management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care within a general practice setting.
• Administer vaccinations, medications, and perform diagnostic testing including ECGs and spirometry.
• Perform wound care, dressings, suture removal, bandaging, and plastering.
• Assist with triage and emergency management when required.
• Support GPs with Health Assessments, GP Management Plans, Team Care Arrangements, and Chronic Disease Management activities.
• Coordinate care and follow-up for patients living with chronic conditions.
• Conduct health assessments and preventative health initiatives.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatments, and available healthcare services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Support quality improvement, accreditation, and infection control activities.

About the Role

Ideally, you’ll have:
