Job summary

Ochre Health's Bruce clinic is seeking a dedicated full-time permanent registered nurse for our busy practice in Bruce for an immediate start.

Must have current unconditional registration with AHPRA, be able to demonstrate outstanding work ethic, organisational and time management skills, and possess a current First Aid and CPR certificate. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing support in a busy general practice.
• Assist with immunisations and wound management.
• Support minor procedures and patient care in the clinic.
• Contribute to health assessments and CDM plans when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Best Practice software.

Beneficial experience

• Previous experience in General Practice is an advantage but not essential
• Experience with wound management, Immunisations and assisting in procedures
• Exposure to developing Health Assessment and CDM Plans and be passionate about improving patient health outcomes
• Experience with Best Practice software highly regarded
• Experience with minor procedures and treatment
