Job summary

Arcare Aged Care in Lisarow, NSW, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred care across shifts in a growing organisation. You will contribute to high-quality clinical care, wound management, and comprehensive care planning for residents.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support
