Job summary

Arcare Point Lonsdale is seeking Casual Registered Nurses to deliver person-centred nursing care in a supportive, values-driven environment. You’ll participate in wound management, pain control and emergency responses while maintaining detailed clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs and medication management.
• Wound Management: Assess, treat and manage wounds while preventing infection.
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs.
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase.
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies.
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
• End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support.
