Talent Quarter has partnered with a well-established family-owned aged care provider in Bundaberg to recruit Registered Nurses. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents, while supporting families and the care team.

This full-time permanent role offers flexible rosters, weekend and overtime penalty rates, relocation assistance and ongoing training with clear career progression. AHPRA registration and current police check are essential.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Full working rights.
• Completed Bachelor of Nursing.
• Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants.
• Completing clinical assessments and individualised care planning.
• Medication management and wound care.
• Monitoring and responding to changes in residents' clinical needs.
• Maintaining compliance with Aged Care quality Standards and infection control requirements.
• Working closely with families and allied health professionals.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
