Qualifications

• Current Registered Migration Agent registration in good standing.
• Experience preparing and lodging Australian visa applications.
• Strong knowledge of Australian migration law and processes.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide migration advice and assess client eligibility.
• Prepare and lodge visa applications and submissions.
• Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs.
• Advise on skills assessments, points tests, and visa pathways.
• Maintain accurate client and compliance records.
• Stay updated with migration law and policy changes.
• Conduct professional client consultations.
