Job summary

ACS, Australia’s leading technology association, seeks a Portfolio Engagement Lead for Western Australia and South Australia. You will lead a two-branch portfolio, align regional priorities with ACS strategies and drive growth, engagement and advocacy across members, volunteers and stakeholders.

You will coach two Branch Managers, foster strong relationships with committees and senior partners, and help deliver regional programs that strengthen member value and ACS influence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading teams, portfolios or geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management capability.
• Experience working with committees, boards, volunteers or member-led networks.
• Proven stakeholder engagement skills across industry, government, community or professional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-branch portfolio by setting growth, engagement and advocacy priorities.
• Lead, coach and develop two Branch Managers and manage workloads.
• Build relationships with Branch Executive Committees and volunteers.
• Drive membership growth, events, renewal, participation and retention.
• Manage regional Partner Program accounts and internal coordination.
• Represent ACS at regional forums, events and stakeholder activities.
• Identify regional needs and translate insights into coordinated action.
• Activate regional advocacy campaigns and monitor risks.
