Australian Computer Society (ACS) is seeking a strategic Portfolio Engagement Lead for Western Australia and South Australia. You will lead a two-branch portfolio, align regional priorities with ACS objectives, and translate insights into initiatives that increase member value.

You will coach two Branch Managers, build stakeholder relationships across industry, government and community, and drive membership growth, engagement and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership of teams, portfolios or dispersed operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement across industry, government, community.
• Experience working with committees, boards or volunteer networks.

Responsabilités

• Lead a two-branch regional portfolio (WA & SA) with growth, engagement and advocacy priorities.
• Coach two Branch Managers and set priorities, accountability and workloads.
• Build relationships with Branch Executives, members and stakeholders to support priorities.
• Drive member acquisition, renewal, participation and retention across the portfolio.
• Manage Professional Partner Program accounts, planning relationships and growth opportunities.
• Represent ACS at regional forums and stakeholder activities.
• Translate regional insights into coordinated actions across ACS.
• Identify regional needs and opportunities to strengthen branch delivery.
