You will drive growth, engagement and advocacy across two branches, guiding Branch Managers and engaging volunteers, members and stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes for the technology profession.

You will shape regional priorities, collaborate with ACS teams nationwide, and champion opportunities to strengthen member value and ACS influence in Australia’s technology

• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across industry, government and community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with credibility.

Aufgaben

• Lead a two-branch regional portfolio by setting growth, engagement and advocacy priorities.
• Coach two Branch Managers and foster sustainable workloads.
• Forge relationships with Branch Exec Committees and volunteers to drive participation.
• Drive membership acquisition, renewal and retention across the portfolio.
• Translate regional insights into coordinated action across ACS.
