Australian Computer Society – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a strategic Portfolio Engagement Lead for NSW & ACT to unite members, volunteers, industry and stakeholders and translate regional insights into initiatives that increase member value and ACS influence.

You will lead a two-branch portfolio, drive growth and engagement, and empower volunteer-led networks while collaborating across ACS to strengthen regional delivery and national conversations.

Formación

• Experience leading teams, portfolios or geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across industry, government and community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with credibility and diplomacy.
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a two-branch portfolio by setting growth, engagement and advocacy priorities.
• Coach two Branch Managers and manage sustainable workloads.
• Build relationships with Branch Executive Committees and support volunteer-led regional priorities.
• Drive professional membership acquisition, event-to-membership conversion, renewal and retention.
• Represent ACS at regional forums, events and stakeholder activities.
• Identify regional needs and translate insights into coordinated action across ACS.
