ACS (Australian Computer Society) is seeking a Portfolio Engagement Lead for Queensland & Northern Territory to steer a two-branch regional portfolio. You will unite members, volunteers, industry and stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes and strengthen member value.

You will lead Branch Managers, drive growth and engagement, and ensure regional insights inform ACS's national strategy. The role emphasizes advocacy, partnerships and operational excellence.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in business/management or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading teams, portfolios or geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a two-branch portfolio by setting growth, engagement and advocacy priorities.
• Coach and develop two Branch Managers and manage workloads.
• Build relationships with Branch Committees and volunteers to support regional priorities.
• Drive membership growth, event-to-membership conversions and retention across the portfolio.
• Oversee relationship planning with Professional Partner Program accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Engage priority members from industry, government and community stakeholders.
• Represent ACS at regional forums and stakeholder activities.
• Identify regional needs and translate insights into coordinated ACS actions.
• Activate Be Heard campaigns by empowering regional voices for advocacy.
• Monitor governance, reporting, risks and dependencies and escalate material matters.
