Job summary

Arcare is seeking a Residence Manager to lead and oversee the operation of one of its NSW residences. You will provide leadership, clinical and operational direction, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

Staff Management: Overseeing Leadership roles across Clinical, Environmental, Catering, Lifestyle and Administration.
Resident Support: Collaborating with clinical staff to meet residents’ physical, emotional and social needs.
Budgeting and Financial Management: Developing and managing budgets for the Residence.
Quality Improvement: Implementing quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and industry standards.
Communication: Maintaining effective communication with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders.
