E4 People is seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to lead a portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes across ACT and NSW, reporting to the State Manager.

You will partner with Facility Managers to drive clinical, compliance and operational excellence, build strong stakeholder relationships and foster a positive, resident‑centred culture across the portfolio.

Relocation assistance is available, with a clear path to regional leadership within a well‑established provider.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Facility Manager within Residential Aged Care
• Strong understanding of aged care operations, compliance and clinical requirements
• Proven leadership capability and the ability to support and develop Facility Managers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification – highly desirable
• Full Australian Working Rights

Regional Support Manager – ACT/NSW

$180,000 – $200,000 + Super + Relocation Assistance | Established Aged Care Provider

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Regional Support Manager to join a well-established Residential Aged Care provider, supporting a portfolio of homes across ACT and NSW.

This is an opportunity to step into a regional leadership position within a stable and well-supported organisation, working alongside experienced Facility Managers and a State Manager to continue delivering high standards across the portfolio.

The homes are running smoothly, providing an excellent platform for a strong people leader to step in, build relationships and support continued operational and clinical excellence.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will provide leadership and support across a portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes, working closely with Facility Managers to ensure each home continues to operate effectively.

The structure is:

State Manager → Regional Support Manager → Facility Managers

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership, guidance and support to a portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes

About You

We are looking for an experienced aged care leader who is ready to take their career to the next level.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Facility Manager within Residential Aged Care
• Strong understanding of aged care operations, compliance and clinical requirements
• Proven leadership capability and the ability to support and develop Facility Managers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification – highly desirable
• Full Australian Working Rights
