Suntory Oceania is seeking a Territory Manager to drive licensed brands on the road across Campbelltown, Camden and surrounding areas. You will grow our iconic portfolio, strengthen partnerships, and manage assets with a strong focus on delivering results.

We value energetic, customer-focused individuals who can connect with people, learn quickly, and work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. A valid driver's licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in alcohol, hospitality, retail or FMCG industries.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Autonomous and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Confidence negotiating with customers and managing priorities.
• Solid planning and organisational skills with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets and growing distribution across your territory.
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities through prospecting and product presentations.
• Executing promotional activity and ensuring compliance across all accounts.
• Managing Suntory refrigeration and assets in line with ROI guidelines.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
• Partnering with customers to implement category management initiatives and maintain planogram standards.
• Building strong and lasting relationships across your customer network.
