Job summary

Suntory Oceania is seeking a Territory Manager - Licensed to represent our iconic brands on the road across Campbelltown, Camden, the Southern Highlands, Goulburn and surrounding regions. You will grow distribution, build customer partnerships and manage assets while identifying new business opportunities.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, autonomous work, and a proactive, results-driven approach with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in alcohol/ hospitality/ retail or FMCG preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
• Results-driven mindset with goal achievement focus.
• Confidence influencing and negotiating with customers.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with multi-priority management.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Comfort using digital tools such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Collaborative team-first attitude.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets and growing distribution across your territory.
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and product presentations.
• Executing promotional activity and ensuring compliance across all customer accounts.
• Managing Suntory refrigeration and assets in line with ROI guidelines.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
• Partnering with customers to implement category management initiatives and maintain planogram standards.
• Building strong and lasting relationships across your customer network.
