Job summary

The Trustee for the Grampians Trust in Gawler, SA invites a creative Chef to join a busy kitchen in a regional setting. You will work evenings and occasional days off as part of a dedicated team, delivering high-quality bistro-style dishes.

You will be trade-qualified with at least three years of experience, possess a strong work ethic, and bring excellent communication skills. Full working rights in Australia are required and a current National Police Check may be requested.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified chef with three or more years’ experience.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to produce consistent quality and a can-do attitude.
• Own traditional uniform and knives; experience with quality a la carte dining.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Head Chef and run the kitchen on days off.
• Cook and present bistro-style dishes within a busy, vibrant venue.
• Contribute to menu planning and dish suggestions.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
