Job summary

Wilson Group WA, AU is seeking a Site Manager for Kwinana/Rivervale region to lead on-site operations, manage client service delivery within budget, and report to the Operations Manager. You’ll direct the security officer team and act as the main liaison with clients and site staff.

The role requires proven multi-site security operations experience, strong leadership, and HR knowledge. A tertiary qualification and relevant clearances are preferred, with training and career progression

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site operations within the security industry
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
• Effective communicator with clear direction to staff at all levels
• Strong time management and decision-making abilities in complex environments
• Sound rostering, cost analysis, performance management and HR principles
• Advanced computer literacy, especially in Excel, Word

Responsibilities

• Manage service performance and ensure contractual and budgetary compliance
• Lead, support and mentor a team of security officers
• Serve as client contact for issue resolution and process improvement
• Maintain regular meetings with clients and internal teams to monitor contract outcomes
• Monitor compliance and training to ensure policy adherence
• Provide timely reporting and analysis of contract performance
• End-to-end recruitment to maintain staffing and relief coverage
• Enforce safe work practices and legislative compliance
