Melbourne Citymission Inc. seeks a Team Leader, School to Work to guide the School to Work program across Victoria. You will lead coordinators, build partnerships with schools and employers, and expand work-based learning and apprenticeship pathways to improve outcomes for young people.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive regional targets and outcomes. You will balance leadership with hands-on stakeholder engagement, ensuring inclusive practices and high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in education, youth or community services.
• Strong ability to develop employer, school and stakeholder partnerships.
• Track record of creating work-based learning opportunities and meeting outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Commitment to inclusive practices and improving outcomes for young people.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and support a team to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, employers and community stakeholders.
• Identify and develop work-based learning opportunities including SBATs.
• Analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Balance operational leadership with direct stakeholder engagement and service delivery.
