This hybrid, full-time role reports to the General Manager and focuses on regional growth, coaching Account Managers, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes across VIC, SA and WA.

The One Clinic Agency is partnering with a leading international organisation within the medical aesthetics industry to recruit an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead its VIC, SA & WA sales region. This hybrid opportunity is suited to an experienced sales leader with proven success managing field-based teams, driving regional growth and improving commercial performance.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Account Managers across VIC, SA & WA , with responsibility for regional sales performance, territory execution, customer growth and team capability. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a strong field presence. You will work closely with your team to translate commercial strategy into practical execution, strengthen customer engagement and ensure sales activity converts into measurable commercial outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead, coach and manage a team of Account Managers across VIC, SA & WA

Drive regional sales targets and sustainable revenue growth

Maintain a strong field presence and coach Account Managers in customer-facing situations

About You

We’re looking for an experienced sales leader who can confidently step into a regional leadership position and demonstrate proven commercial and people-management results within Medical Aesthetics.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience within medical aesthetics, aesthetic solutions, medical aesthetic devices, or a related clinical/commercial environment is required.

Proven experience managing and leading a direct sales team

A strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable revenue growth

Demonstrated field coaching and team-development experience

Strong territory planning, account prioritisation and forecasting capability

Experience identifying underperformance and implementing plans to improve results

Strong customer and key account management experience

Confidence managing performance and having challenging conversations when required

Strong commercial acumen across pricing, promotions and ROI

Excellent negotiation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills

A hands‑on, accountable and results-focused leadership style.

Ability to travel regularly around territories to support the account manager team
