Topcon Precision Agriculture is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across an established dealer network in Western Australia. You will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and expand market presence in the agricultural technology sector.

Reporting to the APAC Sales Director, you will build relationships with dealers and customers, deliver product demonstrations, and coordinate with technical and marketing teams to achieve sustainable sales growth across your territory.

Formación

• Experience in agricultural sales or business development within commercial roles.
• Knowledge of precision agriculture, farm machinery, GPS/GNSS tech.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing dealers and channel partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across agricultural markets.
• Create and implement territory and account plans to drive sustainable sales growth.
• Conduct dealer visits and maintain strong customer engagement throughout the region.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, training, and events.
• Support dealer sales and marketing through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and territory performance updates.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, production, and marketing teams to enhance customer outcomes.
