• Experience in agricultural sales or business development within dealer networks.
• Knowledge of GPS/GNSS technologies and agricultural equipment.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within territory and meet sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow relationships with dealers and channel partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across agricultural markets.
• Create and implement territory and account plans to drive sales growth.
• Conduct dealer visits and maintain customer engagement throughout the region.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, training sessions, and events.
• Support dealer sales and marketing through coaching and product knowledge.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and territory performance updates.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, production and marketing teams to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM systems.
• Represent Topcon professionally at industry events and field days.
