Job summary

Velocity Truck Centres Australia is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead retail truck sales across Queensland from Brisbane. This newly created leadership role offers genuine influence to shape the future direction of our regional sales effort.

You will work closely with customers, sales teams and key stakeholders to drive growth, strengthen relationships and build a culture of accountability, collaboration and long-term success.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated sales leadership experience within a multi-site or networked organisation.
• Experience within commercial vehicles, automotive, transport, industrial equipment or a similar industry.
• A track record of growing sales, strengthening customer relationships and delivering commercial results.
• A hands‑on leadership style with a genuine interest in developing people and supporting team success.
• Experience turning sales strategy and business plans into measurable outcomes.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a genuine customer focus.
• Experience working across multiple locations, territories or regions.
• Sound commercial judgement, including the ability to manage sales performance and profitability.
