Job summary

MoneyGram is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to expand the agent network across Queensland, researching markets and onboarding new agents while driving transaction volumes and profitability. You will liaise with current and new agents and act as their primary field contact.

The role requires proactive prospecting, strong negotiation, and managing sales activities in Salesforce, with travel across the territory to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years in Fintech/Telco/FMCG with hunter and network-building focus.
• Proven ability to grow networks and transaction volumes independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent MoneyGram and expand the agent network across Queensland.
• Drive retail sales by identifying new business opportunities and markets.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle in Salesforce from lead to onboarding.
• Build strong partnerships with agents to grow volumes and profitability.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for leadership.
