Job summary

Mh5 Pty Ltd is seeking an Area Manager to lead Toowoomba and Western Queensland operations, including Roma and our regional agent network. You will drive performance, support staff, and ensure high service standards across the region.

The role requires hands-on leadership, travel to regional locations, and a focus on growth, efficiency and customer satisfaction within a fast-growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in automotive, rental, tourism or service industries.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management with regional partners.
• Sound commercial awareness and ability to manage financial/operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Toowoomba operations and oversee Roma and regional agents.
• Support and develop employees; coach for business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, fleet utilisation, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor costs, financial performance and targets; ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional agents and partners.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and regional improvements.
• Undertake periodic travel to regional locations as required.
