Job summary

QTank is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team, coach the customer experience team of three, and drive revenue across builder, reseller, and retail channels from Brendale, QLD. You will manage pricing, margins and lead ambitious growth with a hands-on, field-based approach.

The role focuses on expanding builder networks, maintaining relationships with key accounts, and developing sales programs with the internal team. A strong track record in sales leadership and CRM use is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership in building, agriculture, manufacturing or similar trad-facing industries.
• Track record of winning new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Comfortable building relationships with builders and key decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Customer Experience team to drive revenue growth.
• Build and expand the builder network and manage existing accounts.
• Travel about two days per week to visit builders, resellers, sites and prospects.
