Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in retail supervision or management.
• AQF Associate Degree or Diploma in Business, Retail Management or related field.
• Experience in managing sales targets, budgets, stock control and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily roadhouse operations and ensure efficient service.
• Determine product range, stock levels and service standards.
• Develop purchasing, pricing and marketing strategies to boost sales.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising and product displays.
• Monitor sales, prepare financial reports and manage budgets.
• Recruit, train, roster staff and maintain staffing levels.
• Maintain stock records, movements and financial transactions.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance.
