Job summary

ANANT ENTERPRISE PTY LTD seeks an experienced Retail Manager to lead the Yaamba roadhouse operations. You will manage daily activities, set product ranges, pricing and promotions, and drive sales growth while ensuring strong customer service across seven days.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail supervision, plus an AQF diploma or equivalent in business/retail management. You will supervise staff, manage stock, and ensure WHS compliance in a regional setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail supervision or management experience.
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing sales targets, budgets, stock control and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the roadhouse and ensure efficient service across all areas.
• Determine product range, stock levels and service standards to meet customer demand.
• Develop purchasing, pricing and marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising and product displays to drive engagement and sales.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare financial reports to manage budgets.
• Manage inventory, suppliers, stock ordering and pricing to control costs.
• Provide customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Recruit, train, supervise and roster staff; maintain adequate staffing.
• Maintain stock movement records and financial transactions; ensure compliance with WHS and policies.
