Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in retail supervision or management.
• An AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business, Retail Management or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in managing sales targets, budgets, stock control and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, staff supervision and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, pricing and retail marketing.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to manage a seven-day-a-week roadhouse operation and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the roadhouse, ensuring efficient service delivery across all business areas.
• Determine product range, stock levels and service standards to meet customer demand.
• Develop and implement purchasing, pricing and marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Coordinate promotional activities, advertising and product displays to increase engagement and sales.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare financial reports and manage budgets to achieve targets.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, stock ordering and pricing to control costs.
• Provide customer service and resolve product inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Recruit, train, supervise and roster employees for staffing and efficiency.
