Job summary

The St Vincent de Paul Society (NSW) is seeking an experienced Retail Area Manager to lead multiple Vinnies stores across Wollongong, Campbelltown and Southern Highlands. Based in Campbelltown with travel across the region, you will develop teams, drive sales, maintain visual standards and ensure safe, donor‑led operations that deliver community services.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and/or significant experience in retail, business or operational management.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site retail operations and deliver strong results.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and P&L experience.
• Understanding of retail landscape and not-for-profit sector.
• Current NSW Driver Licence and ability to travel regionally.
