We are looking for an experienced retail leader with outstanding operational expertise and proven people management capabilities to lead and grow a diverse portfolio of Vinnies retail stores across the Wollongong, Campbelltown and Southern Highlands regions. This role will oversee a network of stores with the region while supporting a broader regional footprint. Your people-first leadership style, commercial acumen and commitment to safety will be essential in driving strong operational outcomes while supporting our mission to assist people in need.
