OTR Group's Reddy Express division seeks a Regional Manager to lead a multi-site retail network across Victoria. Reporting to the State Manager, you will drive sales growth, optimise costs, and embed strategic initiatives while fostering a safe, high-performing culture.

You will coach Area Managers, partner with central functions, conduct store visits, and step into State Manager responsibilities when needed to ensure continuity and performance.
