• Turn business insights into actions that improve sales and customer experience.
• Lead regular store visits with hands-on coaching to improve results.
• Champion the 12V category with strong product knowledge and selling capability.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent with clear career paths.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and People & Culture to deliver priorities.
