Job summary

4WD Supacentre is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional customer experiences across our showroom and warehouse. You will own store performance and coach the crew to deliver strong commercial results in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the leadership team to implement campaigns, maintain standards, ensure safety, and foster a culture where customers and staff thrive, while promoting outdoor adventure across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail FMCG, outdoor, automotive, camping, recreational, hardware or large-format retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall P&L and drive results based on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store crew.
• Maintain showroom standards, visual and merchandise presentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong commercial results.
• Lead with energy, positivity and accountability with staff and customers.
