THE TRUSTEE FOR ZAM SUTH UNIT TRUST is seeking an experienced Retail Area Manager to oversee 2–3 restaurant locations across Sutherland (NSW) and Cronulla, with responsibility for Majura Park (ACT). You will lead restaurant managers and teams, driving profitability and ensuring policy and safety compliance.

Reporting to the Franchise Partner, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, rostering, and local promotions while fostering a high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in restaurant/food service or retail management.
• Experience in area or multi-site management is desirable.
• Financial tasks: budgeting, forecasting, cash handling, payroll.
• Leadership: manage, train, mentor diverse teams.
• Strong communication and commitment to safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee 2–3 restaurant locations across Sutherland (NSW) and Cronulla (NSW).
• Lead Restaurant Managers and teams, ensuring profitability and policy compliance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, COGS and labour costs.
• Coordinate local marketing and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure workplace safety, food safety, and staff training.
