Zambrero in Greater Adelaide is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our South Australian restaurant network in a full-time, on-site role. You will oversee multiple sites, drive operational excellence and empower Restaurant Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Experience in multi-site restaurant or area management.
Strong leadership and coaching mindset.
Financial literacy with ability to analyse P&L.
Organised and proactive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Coach and develop Restaurant Managers across daily operations and compliance.
Conduct monthly audits and provide clear, constructive performance feedback.
Drive KPI performance including Labour %, COGS, Profit, and Sales growth.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR matters including performance management.
Oversee maintenance, safety, and OHS compliance across the restaurant network.
Provide after-hours operational support and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
